Ingredients:

One whole chicken carcass (organic; meat can be fed separately) with long bones cracked.

Chicken broth (low sodium, no onions) or water

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

add any desired vegetables, such as beets, carrots, celery, parsnips, or parsley

1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
Instruction:
Get one organic chicken and crack the long bones put it in a big pot with chicken broth or water and vinegar add veggies, garlic, and a pinch of salt cook slowly for 4 to 12 hours remove bones, strain solids, and skim fat freeze in small portions and give daily as a health booster
