We welcome spring, and have a few quick updates for you!
After a couple of tries, we have settled on a software system that is meeting our needs. We are using Idexx Neo which features a patient portal that you can use to see upcoming appointment and reminder dates. The Digitail app is no longer in use. Our messaging system is through Otto, which allows you to text the clinic directly at (360) 697-1650 with your appointment and prescription requests, updates, and questions.
Dr. Watson is the sole veterinarian and manager, with the support of our super team: Kayla at the front desk, Kelsie our licensed vet tech, Amber and Lynnette our veterinary assistants, Lee Burki HAE coach, and Maddy our clinic assistant. Dr. Watson is seeing current and new pets for annual exams, sick/ unwell visits, dental/ surgical procedures, and holistic second opinion referrals.
And finally, a request. It is our greatest honor to partner with you in providing exceptional and individualized care to your treasured beasts, incorporating conventional treatments integrated with powerful alternative options like nutrition, acupuncture, herbs, supplements, vaccine titers, peptides, PRP injections, and more… so many ways that we build a foundation of wellness and provide the best outcomes.
